The Jaguar MK II is the most elegant  and balanced four-door vehicle ever made. Spoke wheels, leather upholstery, fine veneers and impeccable 1959 British styling for the most demanding clients. This is the model with the most powerful engine (3.8 litres), and fitted with a limited-slip differential, of which very few were manufactured.

The MKII was the first production model in the world to be produced with four disc brakes as standard, and for this reason bears the sign “Disc Brakes” on the rear bumper. In addition, the most powerful version was fitted with a limited-slip differential.

Its powerful engine of 3.8 litres and five gears (4 gears plus overdrive) supply 220hp, an acceleration from 0 to 100 km in 8.5 seconds, and a top speed of 201 km/h. It was the fastest 4-door saloon of its day.

Spacious, fast and elegant, it was a great triumph for Jaguar. They later tried to repeat its success by launching a more modern version of this model in the year 2000, the Jaguar S-Type, which was also certainly a great success.
